Terms and Conditions for draws with Bowden Consulting Group Limited (‘Bowden Group’).
1. THE COMPETITION
This prize draw (the Competition) is conducted by Scott Howard, Financial Adviser, operating under Bowden Group (FSP723651), a Financial Advice Provider licensed by the Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand (we, us, or our). The Competition is open from 9:00am NZST on 8 April 2026 until 5:00pm NZST on 8 May 2026 (the Competition Period). By entering the Competition, an entrant (Entrant, you, or your) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Bowden Group are not eligible to enter. Entry is open to both new and existing clients of Bowden Group.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible for the Competition, you must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period: (a) Submit your details via the free review request form at bowdengroup.co.nz or via a direct referral link provided by Bowden Group; and (b) Attend a meeting with Scott Howard (in person, by phone, or video call); and (c) Have your personal insurance and/or home loan reviewed in full during that meeting, with financial recommendations presented to you by Scott Howard. Submitting your details alone does not constitute a valid entry. Entry is only confirmed once steps (a), (b), and (c) above have all been completed. No purchase is necessary to enter or win — you are under no obligation to act on any recommendations made. Completing a review does not obligate you to take out any financial product. One entry per Entrant. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be void.
4. THE PRIZE
There is 1 (one) prize on offer, consisting of a $250 NZD fuel voucher (the Prize). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received during the Competition Period.
5. WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on or about 9 May 2026. The draw will be conducted electronically to ensure fairness. All entries have an equal chance of winning. Our decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final.
6. NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner will be contacted directly by phone call within 5 business days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be reached by phone, we will attempt contact by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected at our discretion. Once confirmed, the Prize will be emailed or posted to the winner within 30 days.
7. FINANCIAL ADVICE — IMPORTANT NOTICE
Entering this Competition does not constitute the provision of financial advice. Any financial review conducted by Scott Howard will be carried out in accordance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services. Before providing financial advice, Scott Howard will provide you with a disclosure statement outlining the nature and scope of the advice, conflicts of interest, fees, and complaints processes. You are under no obligation to act on any advice provided. Bowden Group (FSP723651) is licensed by the Financial Markets Authority. 8. PRIVACY
By entering the Competition, you consent to Bowden Group collecting, storing, and using your personal information (name, phone number, and email address) for the purposes of administering the Competition and arranging your financial review. Your personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law. We handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. If you are the winner, your first name and suburb may be published or shared for promotional purposes. You may object to this by contacting us at hello@bowdengroup.co.nz.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
(a) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without liability, including where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent the Competition from proceeding as planned. (b) Any attempt to manipulate or undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition may result in disqualification. (c) This Competition is subject to New Zealand law and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. (d) This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third-party platform used to promote it. (e) To the extent permitted by law, Bowden Group and Scott Howard are not liable for any loss or damage suffered in connection with this Competition or the Prize.
